Spectators: 7326 (Terracing: 5496, Seating: 1685, VIP seats: 145) Cirilo Pinto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Romulo Soin notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Olivos Juniors FC's Alfonso Pedroso. Alfonso Pedroso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alfonso Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rolando Urtsin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ovidio Erasto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Etor having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Deportivo Florida's Rolando Urtsin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfonso Pedroso. Alfonso Pedroso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 18th minute, Cirilo Pinto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valentin Loreto struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Leonardo Etor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Olivos Juniors FC. Olivos Juniors FC's Ovidio Erasto quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Edelmiro Christobal, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Leonardo Etor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Platon in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Cirilo Pinto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olivos Juniors FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. After 30 played minutes Olivos Juniors FC got a freekick which was hit by Fausto Franco. In the 31st minute, Eriberto Maldonado sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Olivos Juniors FC's Alfonso Pedroso didn't even have to move. When Cirilo Pinto came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Olivos Juniors FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cirilo Pinto couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute of the match, Victoriano Escobar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alfonso Pedroso was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. With a little luck, Olivos Juniors FC's Alfonso Pedroso got control of the ball when Victoriano Escobar tried to sneak it across the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rolando Urtsin made a kick off. Alfonso Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victoriano Escobar, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Deportivo Florida's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Valentin Loreto scored to the left of an out of position Leonardo Etor, making the score, 2-3. 68 minutes into the match, Deportivo Florida's goalkeeper Leonardo Etor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeledon Inko. Leonardo Etor made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Zeledon Inko sent off a good shot on target. Leonardo Etor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valentin Loreto in the 72nd minute of the match. Cirilo Pinto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Etor having to interfere. Leonardo Etor made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Aldo Platon sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Deportivo Florida booed when Olivos Juniors FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ovidio Erasto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Rolando Urtsin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Pedroso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Valentin Loreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Leonardo Etor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The throw-in from Edelmiro Christobal in the 93rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Olivos Juniors FC's Ovidio Erasto. Deportivo Florida's Leonardo Etor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Deportivo Florida from getting a goal against them. Olivos Juniors FC played a much better game than Deportivo Florida and deserved their victory. The Deportivo Florida players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
