Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gustavo Naelio took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a little luck, Gimnasia Mza's Feliciano Belo got control of the ball when Wilfredo Dolcet tried to sneak it across the goal line. Feliciano Belo was a little too slow when Braulio Eusko got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-0. 15 minutes into the game, Braulio Eusko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chicorita F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gimnasia Mza the free kick. Venancio Fagondo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When Braulio Eusko came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Chicorita F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Braulio Eusko couldn't finish the play. Gimnasia Mza's Feliciano Belo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Gimnasia Mza from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Delmar Papo during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, Delmar Papo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gustavo Naelio, 28 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 29 minutes, Venancio Fagondo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gimnasia Mza and the Chicorita F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Gimnasia Mza getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Venancio Fagondo hit a great ball. The supporters of Gimnasia Mza booed when Chicorita F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Naelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Peio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Cesario in the 39th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Amador Cesario had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Peio. Chicorita F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amador Cesario was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Marcos Peio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Cesario, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The supporters of Gimnasia Mza booed when Chicorita F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Tolino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustavo Naelio in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Feliciano Belo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Feliciano Belo made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Gustavo Naelio sent off a good shot on target.

The wind increased when Amador Cesario made the kick off in the second half. Fernan Baraquiel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gimnasia Mza's zone, Braulio Eusko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Feliciano Belo came out of the goal and Braulio Eusko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 58 minutes, Amador Cesario managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gimnasia Mza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amador Cesario was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 60th minute, Amador Cesario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Braulio Eusko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Feliciano Belo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feliciano Belo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Naelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. In the 80th minute, Zacarias Thomas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, one of Chicorita F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chicorita F.C.. Delmar Papo walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Aldo Tolino charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aldo Tolino the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes Chicorita F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Aldo Tolino. In the 87th match minute, Chicorita F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilfredo Dolcet to maneuver through the defense. Gimnasia Mza's Feliciano Belo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Naelio in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Gimnasia Mza getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Amador Cesario hit a great ball. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Chicorita F.C. lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
