Severino Sauveur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Ricart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st match minute, Zubiaurre FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santo Lluterio to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, Zubiaurre FC's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Haitz came free, but Severino Sauveur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Virgilio Haitz took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severino Sauveur. Severino Sauveur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timoteo Lluques to make the kick off. Zubiaurre FC's Severino Sauveur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Brun in the 53rd minute of play. Rodolfo Jerold lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Zubiaurre FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! 56 minutes into the match, Edelmiro Eufemio notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Zubiaurre FC's Severino Sauveur. Severino Sauveur was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Armando Aguirre came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Zubiaurre FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Armando Aguirre couldn't finish the play. 64 minutes into the match, Zubiaurre FC's Armando Aguirre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anier Petrigai narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Jimeno Munio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Virgilio Haitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Severino Sauveur made a huge save. If Armando Aguirre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 73 minutes, Tomas Eneto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zubiaurre FC and the Eldorado FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tomas Eneto hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. 76 minutes into the match, Zubiaurre FC's goalkeeper Severino Sauveur had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Haitz. Severino Sauveur was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Timoteo Lluques capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Timoteo Lluques really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. 86 minutes into the match, Virgilio Haitz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Severino Sauveur, 0-4. Armando Aguirre struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Anier Petrigai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zubiaurre FC. Armando Aguirre hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After 94 minutes of play Eldorado FC's Virgilio Haitz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The Zubiaurre FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Eldorado FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Eldorado FC.
