Hector Paulin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Primitivo Chuse went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Leandro Franco got a throw-in 10 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Higinio Garoa. Celestino Niva might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Emil Martinez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celestino Niva ran back to his position shaking his head. Emil Martinez made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Celestino Niva sent off a good shot on target. Real Favaloro's Hector Paulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primitivo Chuse in the 27th minute of play. Dalmacio Javiero kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. In the 30th minute of the match Leandro Franco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emil Martinez skillfully saved the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Marcos Padro threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colazo AFC's Enzo Berart quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Emil Martinez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernesto Oier in the 38th minute. With a little luck, Colazo AFC's Emil Martinez got control of the ball when Octavio Sidoro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Octavio Sidoro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Emil Martinez made a huge save.

After 51 minutes, Leonel Gipuzkoa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colazo AFC and the Real Favaloro players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 51 played minutes Colazo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Gipuzkoa. 52 minutes into the match, Colazo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Franco came free, but Emil Martinez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Constantino Bras had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector Paulin. Real Favaloro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantino Bras was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Hector Paulin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Bras in the 61st minute of play. In the 65th minute Constantino Bras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Paulin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bernardino Iyan during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 70th match minute, Colazo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardino Iyan to maneuver through the defense. Real Favaloro's Hector Paulin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Mingo in the 72nd minute of play. If Ernesto Oier had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonel Gipuzkoa got his second yellow card in the match during the 90th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After recieving a nice pass, Real Favaloro's Leandro Franco tried to score from far away in the 91st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to Colazo AFC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Bruno Gonsalve hit a great ball. Colazo AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
