Doc-Tor FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorino Franco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 18 minutes into the game, Prospero Formerio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Maximiliano Virila. Prospero Formerio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Maximiliano Virila made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paolo Sasoin in the 24th minute. After a rather tough play, Doc-Tor FC's Leon Checa got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Silverio Eleazar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Doc-Tor FC's Mauro Herauso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Pintó la locura's goalkeeper Maximiliano Virila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prospero Formerio. The supporters of Doc-Tor FC booed when Pintó la locura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martin Lia didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Pintó la locura's Maximiliano Virila got control of the ball when Prospero Formerio tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Gaspar Quirze fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pintó la locura's protests and gave Gaspar Quirze a yellow card for diving instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Pintó la locura's Maximiliano Virila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Sasoin in the 53rd minute of play. Paolo Sasoin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Maximiliano Virila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Sasoin in the 77th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Paolo Sasoin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maximiliano Virila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prospero Formerio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paolo Sasoin scored 3-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Maximiliano Virila, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
