After 19 played minutes Manchester United got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Matthew. Yuri Hoffmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hernan Behe, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 27 played minutes Bulnes FC got a freekick which was hit by Elias Lordi. Bulnes FC's Saverio Cordario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Endira in the 36th minute of play. A collision led to Manchester United getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Rodrigo Jerico hit a great ball. When Rigoberto Matthew was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 41 minutes had been played. Anibal Iaki hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Gonzalo Tonete's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Yuri Hoffmann firmly grabbed it by the left post. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Isaac Endira made a kick off. Gonzalo Tonete kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Yuri Hoffmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Haritz in the 54th minute of the match. A collision led to Manchester United getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Isaac Endira hit a great ball. The supporters of Bulnes FC booed when Manchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carmelo Matei didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 69 played minutes Manchester United got a freekick which was hit by Carmelo Matei. After having played for 72 minutes, Kia Kaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Manchester United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kia Kaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Basilio Intxixu's late challenge caught a Bulnes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
