After 6 played minutes Sportivo DeContra got a freekick which was hit by Javier Benvide. Fabio Froylan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Hermengildo Gonsalvo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th match minute, Saguier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Froylan to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the game, Fabio Froylan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saguier's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sportivo DeContra the free kick. After 16 played minutes Saguier got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Froylan. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvinho Cunha in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Braulio Salvidor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Saguier's zone, Silvinho Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Braulio Salvidor came out of the goal and Silvinho Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Saguier's Americo Gentza got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute Amadeo Louis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Braulio Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Silvinho Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Sportivo DeContra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvinho Cunha couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Sportivo DeContra getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Amadeo Louis hit a great ball. In the 30th match minute, Saguier was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixto Seber to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Saguier's Alejo Mikelar got a free kick in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute, Sixto Seber hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sportivo DeContra's Amadeo Louis in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saguier's goalie prevented a goal. Braulio Salvidor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvinho Cunha in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Delmar Ugaitz to strike the kick off in the second half. Amadeo Louis succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 54th playminute. Hermengildo Gonsalvo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Ugaitz, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Braulio Salvidor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silvinho Cunha's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the match, Silvinho Cunha notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Saguier's Braulio Salvidor. Braulio Salvidor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 68th minute, Salvador Bihar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amadeo Louis struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Braulio Salvidor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo DeContra. When Sportivo DeContra's Silvinho Cunha in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Saguier's goalie prevented a goal. 78 minutes into the match, Saguier's goalkeeper Braulio Salvidor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeo Louis. When Silvinho Cunha came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Sportivo DeContra fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvinho Cunha couldn't finish the play. Amadeo Louis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Braulio Salvidor made a huge save. Silvinho Cunha was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 93rd minute. Sportivo DeContra's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Braulio Salvidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvinho Cunha in the 95th minute of the match. Sportivo DeContra's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
