The audience thought a goal was coming when Jacobo Berriotxoa got free with Ramiro Lando in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ramiro Lando made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jacobo Berriotxoa in the 41st minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alberto Mirande was the one to do the kick off. ASCE FC's Ramiro Lando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jacobo Berriotxoa in the 71st minute of play. Ramiro Lando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Harriet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Israel Araoz scored 4-0 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ramiro Lando, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Mostoles F.C's goalkeeper Atilano Hurko had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberto Mirande. Remigio Roldanillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atilano Hurko having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Israel Araoz in the 94th minute of play forced ASCE FC's goalkeeper Ramiro Lando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Jacobo Berriotxoa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Ramiro Lando was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mostoles F.C had won after a very even match.
