Thanks to some nice moves Denis Bonifaco could shoot a difficult shot in the 9th minute, which Yuri Hoffmann however easily saved by the left post. Ruperto Acevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Constancio in the 10th minute of play. Denis Bonifaco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Yuri Hoffmann made a huge save. In the 22nd minute, Rigoberto Matthew hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carmelo Matei's late challenge caught a Quenomá AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carmelo Matei helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Manchester United getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Carmelo Matei hit a great ball. Yuri Hoffmann made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denis Bonifaco in the 29th minute. When Sergio Rafe fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manchester United's protests and gave Sergio Rafe a yellow card for diving instead. After 35 played minutes Manchester United got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Rafe. In the 42nd minute, Denis Bonifaco made a precise shot to the right of Yuri Hoffmann. Manchester United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Denis Bonifaco managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quenomá AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Bonifaco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yuri Hoffmann breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rodrigo Mouricio's late challenge caught a Quenomá AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rodrigo Mouricio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, Manchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Mouricio to maneuver through the defense. In the 57th minute of the match Candido Soter sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yuri Hoffmann skillfully saved the ball. After 59 minutes of play, Manchester United's Gonzalo Constancio made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruperto Acevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fausto Tipi scored 2-1 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yuri Hoffmann, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Fausto Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Denis Bonifaco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Bonifaco in the 78th minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Yuri Hoffmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Quenomá AFC booed when Manchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basilio Intxixu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 played minutes Quenomá AFC got a freekick which was hit by Denis Bonifaco. Denis Bonifaco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Quenomá AFC had played much better football throughout.
