Spectators: 6050 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 50) Villafañe's Nicolas Cisco started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Leon Rik kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. When Eliseo Beltxe came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Fragata de San Justo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Beltxe couldn't finish the play. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Samuel Ixona took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Anier Mark to make any attempt to save it. Anier Mark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Cisco in the 15th minute of the match. Virgilio Salomon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Anier Mark made a huge save. 21 minutes into the game, Victoriano Martxot cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Arturo Pedroso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Eliseo Beltxe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fragata de San Justo's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Beltxe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arturo Pedroso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Villafañe getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Javier Esquipula hit a great ball. Virgilio Salomon in the 31stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Anier Mark, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Virgilio Salomon's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anier Mark firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 35 minutes, Gaston Tonio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fragata de San Justo and the Villafañe players grew even worse after the yellow card. Gaston Tonio kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Javier Esquipula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 39 played minutes Fragata de San Justo got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Palban. 40 minutes into the match, Fragata de San Justo's goalkeeper Anier Mark had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Virgilio Salomon. Arturo Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victoriano Martxot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Beltxe in the 44th minute of play forced Villafañe's goalkeeper Arturo Pedroso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute Nicolas Cisco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Mark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 48th minute, Villafañe's Samuel Ixona dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eliseo Beltxe to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Nicolas Cisco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anier Mark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fragata de San Justo's Ricardo Raymon got a free kick in the 55th minute. Anier Mark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Cisco in the 60th minute of the match. Fragata de San Justo's Anier Mark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Cisco in the 61st minute of play. Arturo Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Beltxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Isaias Caradaro hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Eliseo Beltxe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arturo Pedroso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Arturo Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Beltxe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliseo Beltxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Arturo Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Cisco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Mark having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Fragata de San Justo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Villafañe:s goal. Anier Mark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samuel Ixona in the 89th minute of play.
