Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) F.C. Titulares's Bernardo Rolado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Carlos Rios fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Barrionuevo having to interfere. After 14 minutes, Urbano Gonzo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ceres FC and the F.C. Titulares players grew even worse after the yellow card. Baldomero Santikurtz, 15 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Carlos Rios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute Lázaro Elodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Barrionuevo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lázaro Elodio took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Higinio Barrionuevo. Higinio Barrionuevo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Abel Teyo made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Eustacio Martxel sent off a good shot on target. Lázaro Elodio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abel Teyo came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. Titulares's Eustacio Martxel. But to his dismay, Eustacio Martxel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. After 39 minutes of play, F.C. Titulares's Anselmo Frutos made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel Teyo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abel Teyo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eustacio Martxel in the 44th minute. The audience was convinced that Carlos Rios's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Barrionuevo was relentless in the 45th minute of the game.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Rios to make the kick off. Abel Teyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Frutos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the game, Carlos Rios lined in a short shot 3-3 behind a frustrated Higinio Barrionuevo. During the 58th minute of the match Urbano Gonzo completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Urbano Gonzo a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 60 played minutes, F.C. Titulares's Edelmiro Karlo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Abel Teyo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in F.C. Titulares reached it. In the 63rd minute, Leon Cordera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 65 minutes into the match, Ceres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Rolado came free, but Abel Teyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Ceres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Anselmo Frutos came free, but Abel Teyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st minute Lázaro Elodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Barrionuevo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Ceres FC's Wilfredo Rosio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Higinio Barrionuevo. That made the score 3-4 after 84 minutes of play. Abel Teyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Frutos in the 87th minute of the match. Carlos Rios charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carlos Rios the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Carlos Rios kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Ceres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Rolado came free, but Abel Teyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Ceres FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ceres FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
