Lázaro Elodio kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Anier Mark made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Rios in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Fragata de San Justo's zone, Lázaro Elodio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anier Mark came out of the goal and Lázaro Elodio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute Eliseo Beltxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Teyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th match minute, Fragata de San Justo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Lano to maneuver through the defense. After 40 minutes, Silverio Balesio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ceres FC and the Fragata de San Justo players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlos Rios made a kick off. If Lázaro Elodio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Beltxe in the 59th minute of play forced Ceres FC's goalkeeper Abel Teyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 63 minutes in the game, Cesar Eguerdi fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Abel Teyo having to interfere. In the 70thth minute of the game Carlos Rios who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fragata de San Justo's Anier Mark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Carlos Rios's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anier Mark was relentless in the 77th minute of the game.
