Igor Dolcet started the match with the kick off. If Igor Dolcet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lázaro Elodio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Omar Napier got free with Abel Teyo in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Lázaro Elodio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceres FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lázaro Elodio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Pabla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Primitivo Onofre came free with the goalkeeper in the 17th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Abel Teyo could save by the left post. In the 25th minute, Koguryo TKD Club's Alejo Palban dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 28th minute, Koguryo TKD Club's Igor Dolcet ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abel Teyo. Abel Teyo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 36th minute Lázaro Elodio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robustiano Pabla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Omar Napier made a precise shot to the right of Abel Teyo. Ceres FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 45th minute, Urbano Gonzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 46th minute of the match Emilio Cefero sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abel Teyo skillfully saved the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lázaro Elodio made a kick off. After 51 minutes, Gerardo Goito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ceres FC and the Koguryo TKD Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st minute, Gerardo Goito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Koguryo TKD Club's Omar Napier got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Robustiano Pabla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Urbano Gonzo in the 59th minute. Abel Teyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Dolcet in the 65th minute of the match. Urbano Gonzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Robustiano Pabla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the match, Ceres FC's goal looked a bit too open when Primitivo Onofre came free, but Abel Teyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Omar Napier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Teyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Koguryo TKD Club's goalkeeper Robustiano Pabla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abel Teyo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Primitivo Onofre, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Lázaro Elodio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ceres FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lázaro Elodio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robustiano Pabla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Napier in the 93rd minute of play forced Ceres FC's goalkeeper Abel Teyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arturo Quiroga took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Abel Teyo. Ceres FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ceres FC's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Koguryo TKD Club had won, even though Ceres FC had held more of the ball.
