The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ceres FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Saul Salbatore was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saul Salbatore in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Teyo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Bosterix FC's Osvaldo Peruanton in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ceres FC's goalie prevented a goal. Lázaro Elodio hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute, Wilfredo Rosio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 33 played minutes Ceres FC got a freekick which was hit by Lázaro Elodio. After 35 minutes of play, Bosterix FC's Saul Salbatore made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel Teyo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abel Teyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Peruanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Ceres FC getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Lázaro Elodio hit a great ball. Carlos Rios in the 46thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Conrado Checa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Carlos Rios was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Carlos Rios was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ceres FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bosterix FC the free kick. A collision led to Ceres FC getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Carlos Rios hit a great ball. The supporters of Ceres FC booed when Bosterix FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Mambru didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Bosterix FC's zone, Carlos Rios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Conrado Checa came out of the goal and Carlos Rios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. During the 59th minute of the match Gustavo Mambru completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gustavo Mambru a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Bosterix FC's Gustavo Mambru got a free kick in the 60th minute. Justino Bide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ceres FC's Abel Teyo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Ceres FC from getting a goal against them. In the 66th minute Clodoveo Goi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Teyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Conrado Checa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Rios in the 68th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ceres FC's Gerardo Goito got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st match minute, Ceres FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lázaro Elodio to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute, Mario Ezkerra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldo Peruanton hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Gerardo Goito got a throw-in 81 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Lázaro Elodio. Ceres FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bosterix FC the free kick. A collision led to Ceres FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Urbano Gonzo hit a great ball. Bosterix FC played a much better game than Ceres FC and deserved their victory. The Ceres FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
