Mogote FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Esteban Azevedo scored to the left of an out of position Bruno Etxahun, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Tiadoro in the 13th minute of play forced MDQ MAX's goalkeeper Lucas Tolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, MDQ MAX's Bruno Etxahun threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Benigno Montrell, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After a rather tough play, Mogote FC's Gerardo Azubeli got a free kick in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Montrell in the 18th minute of play forced Mogote FC's goalkeeper Bruno Etxahun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Vicente Mergildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Esteban Azevedo's late challenge caught a Mogote FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Esteban Azevedo helped the player get up and apologised. Esteban Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Placido Ospetsu during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes Mogote FC got a freekick which was hit by Placido Ospetsu. Igor Luzea might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Etxahun. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Igor Luzea ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 27th minute Jose Tiniebra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Tolino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th match minute, MDQ MAX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Iratze to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Marcial Iratze kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bruno Etxahun. That made the score 2-0 in the 32 minute of play. Mogote FC's Bruno Etxahun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benigno Montrell in the 36th minute of play. Placido Ospetsu lost his temper 38 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of MDQ MAX booed when Mogote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ermegildo Lluc didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in MDQ MAX's zone, Jose Tiniebra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lucas Tolino came out of the goal and Jose Tiniebra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benigno Montrell was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, MDQ MAX's Lucas Tolino got control of the ball when Vicente Mergildo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 55th minute Esteban Azevedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Etxahun saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, MDQ MAX's goalkeeper Lucas Tolino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcial Tiadoro. In the 66th match minute, MDQ MAX was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Martin Rivas to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Benigno Montrell had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Etxahun. Mogote FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benigno Montrell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Bruno Etxahun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Montrell in the 75th minute of the match. Ermegildo Lluc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Tolino having to interfere. MDQ MAX's Lucas Tolino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jose Tiniebra in the 80th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Jose Tiniebra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mogote FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jose Tiniebra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lucas Tolino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to MDQ MAX getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Benigno Montrell hit a great ball. The supporters of MDQ MAX booed when Mogote FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Geleberto didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Mogote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Montrell came free, but Bruno Etxahun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, MDQ MAX's goalkeeper Lucas Tolino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcial Tiadoro. Marcial Iratze took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Etxahun. Bruno Etxahun dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. MDQ MAX had won after a very even match.
