An unexpectedly hard shot by Bonifacio Nuxila in the 20th minute of play forced Union de Santa Fe's goalkeeper Eloy Rami to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Pastor Ekialde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Union de Santa Fe booed when A Un Toque F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bonifacio Nuxila didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Samuel Erasto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Union de Santa Fe's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Erasto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Quentin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eloy Rami made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Eneto in the 28th minute of play. Eloy Rami showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Silvino in the 30th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Adolfo Silvino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eloy Rami was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 34th minute, Adolfo Silvino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A Un Toque F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 38th minute, Pastor Ekialde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pastor Ekialde got free with Baldomero Quentin in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 41 minutes, Samuel Erasto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Union de Santa Fe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Erasto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Baldomero Quentin made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Pastor Ekialde sent off a good shot on target. Ladislao Gorri hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Robustiano Thomas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Eloy Rami. Union de Santa Fe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Adolfo Silvino took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eloy Rami. Eloy Rami dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3.

After 56 played minutes A Un Toque F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Nuxila. After having played for 57 minutes, Samuel Erasto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Union de Santa Fe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Samuel Erasto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Efrain Ondino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Quentin having to interfere. Baldomero Quentin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Ekialde, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Samuel Erasto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baldomero Quentin having to interfere. A Un Toque F.C. were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Union de Santa Fe's much stronger midfield.
