Spectators: 7463 (Terracing: 5635, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 100) Gramilla's Lino Hermon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Niceto Sarracino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Urtun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute, Maximo Urtun ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Niceto Sarracino was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Octavio Taurino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Luisito Tristan charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luisito Tristan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cavalango getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Luisito Tristan hit a great ball. In the 12th match minute, Cavalango was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Inocencio Danel to maneuver through the defense. If Ruperto Naldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Niceto Sarracino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luisito Tristan in the 30th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Miguel Lastur during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Octavio Taurino made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Hermon in the 38th minute. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Ruperto Naldo put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Octavio Taurino. Cavalango's Octavio Taurino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Naldo in the 43rd minute of play. Luisito Tristan got his second yellow card in the match during the 44th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Cavalango's Luisito Tristan got a free kick in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gösta Liljeström in the 46th minute of play forced Cavalango's goalkeeper Octavio Taurino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cavalango's Octavio Taurino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Cavalango from getting a goal against them.

The wind increased when Luisito Unai made the kick off in the second half. Guido Franco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Octavio Taurino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miguel Lastur kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Cavalango's goal looked a bit too open when Ruben Henry came free, but Octavio Taurino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicasio Cordeiro hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. When Guido Franco came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Gramilla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guido Franco couldn't finish the play. Octavio Taurino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicasio Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. In the 69th minute of the match Inocencio Rodas shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Octavio Taurino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Miguel Lastur hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Gramilla's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Miguel Lastur scored to the left of an out of position Niceto Sarracino, making the score, 3-3. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 4-3 when Ruben Henry sped through Cavalango's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Octavio Taurino. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicasio Cordeiro in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octavio Taurino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lino Hermon scored 5-3 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Octavio Taurino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luisito Unai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Sarracino having to interfere. Octavio Taurino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lino Hermon's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. When Gramilla's Nicasio Cordeiro in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cavalango's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicasio Cordeiro in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Octavio Taurino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 94 minutes of play, Gramilla's Guido Franco made it 6-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavio Taurino was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gramilla walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
