After 3 minutes, Sebastian Eli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Argentium FC and the Gramilla players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Argentium FC getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Sebastian Eli hit a great ball. Guido Franco took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joel Castulo. Joel Castulo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Joel Castulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guido Franco in the 8th minute of play. Argentium FC's Joel Castulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Franco in the 10th minute of play. Joel Castulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruben Henry in the 11th minute of the match. After 17 minutes of play, Gramilla's Lino Hermon made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joel Castulo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Joel Castulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lino Hermon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute, Ruben Henry left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gramilla fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Uriel Diegotxe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Niceto Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zacarias Segio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Sarracino having to interfere. Guido Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Gramilla's Lino Hermon got a free kick in the 40th minute. Argentium FC's Joel Castulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Henry in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lino Hermon to strike the kick off in the second half. With his leg Joel Castulo managed to avoid a goal in the 52ndth minute, when Gramilla's Lino Hermon fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Erasmo Lobo fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Argentium FC's protests and gave Erasmo Lobo a yellow card for diving instead. Gramilla's Cleto Hibai was substituted for Guido Franco. In the 54th match minute, Argentium FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasmo Lobo to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute, Lino Hermon fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gramilla's Lino Hermon got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anibal Guzman hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Lino Hermon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gramilla fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 69 minutes into the match, Argentium FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lino Hermon came free, but Joel Castulo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the game, Lino Hermon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Joel Castulo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Uriel Diegotxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gramilla's Niceto Sarracino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasio Guilabertus in the 76th minute of play. Argentium FC were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after Gramilla's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erasmo Lobo took the corner. 79 minutes into the match, Anastasio Guilabertus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niceto Sarracino. Gramilla's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anastasio Guilabertus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. If Cleto Hibai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anibal Guzman hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the game, Nicasio Cordeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gramilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Argentium FC the free kick. Joel Castulo made a fantastic save in the 90th minute, when Lino Hermon sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Argentium FC's Hector Jakes got a free kick in the 90th minute. The Argentium FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gramilla's performance. The match ended with a win for Gramilla.
