Spectators: 7402 (Terracing: 5552, Seating: 1702, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sporting's goalkeeper Clayton Clayton to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nemesio Haitz had several of the C.A. Sporting's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 15 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Clayton Clayton as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Elias Caradaro came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Los Visitantes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Elias Caradaro couldn't finish the play. Arnulfo Manilan was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Los Visitantes's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 25 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Manilan lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Clayton Clayton. In the 28th minute, Nemesio Haitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Reggianini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leonel Demesio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the game, Delmar Feliu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C.A. Sporting's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Visitantes the free kick. In the 45th minute, Delmar Feliu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, C.A. Sporting's Clayton Clayton got control of the ball when Nemesio Haitz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnulfo Manilan made a kick off. The Los Visitantes fans' excitement grew in the 53rd match minute when Los Visitantes's Arnulfo Manilan looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 58th minute, one of C.A. Sporting:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for C.A. Sporting. The referee gave Los Visitantes a penalty, 60 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Teodoro Abad, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of C.A. Sporting's Clayton Clayton. 5-0. Arnulfo Manilan took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Clayton Clayton. Clayton Clayton dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After some careless play in the C.A. Sporting defense, Nemesio Haitz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Clayton Clayton. The C.A. Sporting fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Clayton Clayton should have stopped the shot. Los Visitantes's Flavio Reggianini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonel Demesio in the 85th minute of play. Clayton Clayton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnulfo Manilan, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. When Nemesio Haitz came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Los Visitantes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nemesio Haitz couldn't finish the play. Eloy Mikelats charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eloy Mikelats the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eloy Mikelats hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Hector Egoitz tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Clayton Clayton. An unnecessary self made goal, 9-0 in the 95th minute. After 98 played minutes C.A. Sporting got a freekick which was hit by Eloy Mikelats. Los Visitantes walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
