After having played for 90 minutes, Flavio Pierdomenico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ausonia FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Flavio Pierdomenico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Freddy Viviano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Caton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Belloco FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Ausonia FC to win.
