Tambo's Fernan Tino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bellaghy Colwell in the 5th minute of play. Orlando Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonzo Estebano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alonzo Estebano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22ndth minute of the game Cipriano Abancens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tambo's Fernan Tino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 23rd minute, Cipriano Abancens left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The La Michoneta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Fernan Tino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cipriano Abancens in the 48th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alonzo Estebano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bellaghy Colwell kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Cipriano Abancens managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Michoneta FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Abancens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fernan Tino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 57th minute Alonzo Estebano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orlando Gatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to La Michoneta FC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Joel Diagur hit a great ball. 60 minutes into the match, La Michoneta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alonzo Estebano came free, but Orlando Gatti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jaime Petrigai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an all-out effort, La Michoneta FC's Fernan Tino threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cipriano Abancens, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 66thth minute of the game Cipriano Abancens who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tambo's Fernan Tino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. La Michoneta FC's Cipriano Abancens got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 69th minute, Bellaghy Colwell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Jaime Petrigai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cipriano Abancens in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fernan Tino saved Tambo from getting behind. If Bellaghy Colwell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. La Michoneta FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
