After a defensive mix-up in Berisso Dortmund's zone, Flavio Pierdomenico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baltasar Mercurio came out of the goal and Flavio Pierdomenico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baltasar Mercurio was out of position in the 20 minute of play, and Asteri Polo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Asteri Polo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Arturo Gartxot kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 27th play minute Asteri Polo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Baltasar Mercurio. 2-0. Freddy Viviano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Gilabert in the 31st minute of play. If Asteri Polo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Gilabert in the 33rd minute of play forced Ausonia FC's goalkeeper Freddy Viviano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Ausonia FC's Samy Jauffret ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Baltasar Mercurio. Baltasar Mercurio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. After 46 minutes, Östen Arvidsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ausonia FC and the Berisso Dortmund players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Ausonia FC's Östen Arvidsson got a free kick in the 46th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Alonzo Mede to make the kick off. Baltasar Mercurio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asteri Polo, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. If Asteri Polo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Berisso Dortmund's Alonzo Mede sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Freddy Viviano narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Baltasar Mercurio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Asteri Polo went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ausonia FC had played much better football throughout.
