Anton Jugănaru could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Arkadiusz Narbut made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in C.A. Almafuerte's zone, Alfredo Florinio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arkadiusz Narbut came out of the goal and Alfredo Florinio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teo Mercurio charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teo Mercurio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The crowd rose to their feet as Die Fokken Antwoord's Alfredo Florinio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arkadiusz Narbut. That made the score 1-0 after 40 minutes of play. Anton Jugănaru kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

C.A. Almafuerte's Arkadiusz Narbut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Jugănaru in the 51st minute of play. After 53 played minutes, Die Fokken Antwoord's Honorio Guter shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arkadiusz Narbut came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Die Fokken Antwoord reached it. 57 minutes into the match, C.A.
