Modesto Laurentzi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from J.C. J.J. in the 8th minute of the match. A collision led to Todolomiro getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Guillermo Matro hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Todolomiro's Francisco Quintun got a free kick in the 13th minute. Delmar Estavan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Acosta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20thth minute of the game J.C. J.J. who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Todolomiro's Modesto Laurentzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Eusebio Jurdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. J.C. J.J. fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Laurentzi having to interfere. Modesto Laurentzi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from J.C. J.J. in the 33rd minute of play. When Eusebio Jurdan came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the SAN MARTIN DE METAN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eusebio Jurdan couldn't finish the play. 42 minutes into the game, SAN MARTIN DE METAN's Eusebio Jurdan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Modesto Laurentzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Dante Nalo took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Modesto Laurentzi. Modesto Laurentzi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The Todolomiro players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SAN MARTIN DE METAN were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. J.C. J.J. was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Todolomiro's Rogelio Gartxot got a free kick in the 54th minute. J.C. J.J. sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Todolomiro's goalkeeper Modesto Laurentzi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebio Jurdan. Dante Nalo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Modesto Laurentzi made a huge save. During the 62nd minute of the match Rogelio Gartxot completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rogelio Gartxot a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Todolomiro's Rogelio Gartxot got a free kick in the 63rd minute. J.C. J.J.'s shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Modesto Laurentzi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th minute SAN MARTIN DE METAN were awarded a corner. Victor Florin went to the cornerflag to take it. Victor Florin made a great header on SAN MARTIN DE METAN's corner, it was just that Todolomiro's Modesto Laurentzi managed to reach the ball for a save. The referee showed Eusebio Jurdan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eusebio Jurdan kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 78th minute J.C. J.J. shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Laurentzi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. J.C. J.J. received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Modesto Laurentzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Eusebio Jurdan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If J.C. J.J. had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebio Jurdan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SAN MARTIN DE METAN played a much better game than Todolomiro and deserved their victory. The Todolomiro players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
