Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Sebastian Paz took the kick off in the first half of the match. After 7 played minutes Paso a Paso got a freekick which was hit by Honorato Petri. 11 minutes into the game, Siro Bero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Paso a Paso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ruiz AFC the free kick. After some careless play in the Paso a Paso defense, Domingo Casado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Desiderio Matai. The Paso a Paso fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Desiderio Matai should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Paso a Paso's Desiderio Matai got control of the ball when Tobias Selatse tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Honorato Petri came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Paso a Paso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Honorato Petri couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Ruiz AFC's zone, Ciro Remir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Curcio came out of the goal and Ciro Remir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastian Paz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Curcio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Paz in the 42nd minute of play. Jeronimo Ermengol kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Desiderio Matai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elpidio Tiso, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Sebastian Paz charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Paz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Paso a Paso getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Sebastian Paz hit a great ball. Desiderio Matai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elpidio Tiso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sebastian Paz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 minutes, Anacleto Jaizki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ruiz AFC and the Paso a Paso players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th match minute, Ruiz AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Jaizki to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Paso a Paso's Sebastian Paz got a free kick in the 64th minute. Desiderio Matai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Selatse, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eleuterio Dimas fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ruiz AFC's protests and gave Eleuterio Dimas a yellow card for diving instead. 82 minutes into the game, Anacleto Jaizki threw the ball into play from the sideline. Paso a Paso's Honorato Petri quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 82nd minute, Americo Manex hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Paz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89th minute, Honorato Petri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paso a Paso fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a rather tough play, Paso a Paso's Ciro Remir got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Honorato Petri's late challenge caught a Ruiz AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Honorato Petri helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Honorato Petri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
