In the 3rdth minute of the game Cirilo George who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Petronila's Leonardo Telo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Freddy Medero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Montrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 5 minutes into the match, Ladislao Diagur had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Telo. Petronila's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Diagur was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Esteban Aresti struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Leonardo Telo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Democracia y Golf Pampa. 11 minutes into the game, Cirilo George recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leonardo Telo. Cirilo George showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Esteban Aresti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Telo having to interfere. After 18 minutes, Damian Min mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Petronila and the Democracia y Golf Pampa players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 18th match minute, Petronila was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Min to maneuver through the defense. Freddy Medero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonas Montrell, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 27 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Petronila! Leonardo Telo had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Esteban Aresti's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Cirilo George received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Leonardo Telo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Teodosio Jerold hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. If Ladislao Diagur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 33rd minute Anibal Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Freddy Medero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Democracia y Golf Pampa's Freddy Medero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Montrell in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Cayetano Aresti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Democracia y Golf Pampa defense, Jonas Montrell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Freddy Medero. The Democracia y Golf Pampa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Freddy Medero should have stopped the shot. Esteban Aresti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Esteban Aresti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Telo having to interfere. A collision led to Democracia y Golf Pampa getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Cirilo George hit a great ball. Freddy Medero was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Anibal Barros capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Anibal Barros really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Patricio Poz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Freddy Medero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute Esteban Aresti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Telo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th match minute, Democracia y Golf Pampa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo George to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Damian Min in the 67th minute really tested Freddy Medero's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Democracia y Golf Pampa's Humberto Orti managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Fidel Kepa in the 69 minute of the game. Democracia y Golf Pampa's Freddy Medero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anibal Barros in the 77th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 79 minutes into the game, when Constantino Corderro put in a rough tackle. In a very dangerous position, a player in Democracia y Golf Pampa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 79th minute. Penalty! In the 81st minute there was a penalty for Petronila. Honorato Manny stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Freddy Medero. 2-4. Freddy Medero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonas Montrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 87 minutes into the match, Petronila's goal looked a bit too open when Ladislao Diagur came free, but Leonardo Telo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Jonas Montrell took a quick shot and it went in 2-5 without a chance for Freddy Medero to make any attempt to save it. Freddy Medero came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Petronila's Damian Min. But to his dismay, Damian Min quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-6. The Democracia y Golf Pampa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Petronila's performance. The match ended with a win for Petronila.
