Spectators: 7425 (Terracing: 5570, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Natalio Naelio started the match with the kick off. After having played for 5 minutes, Nicolas Bonadona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrialito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nicolas Bonadona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Gavino Quico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gerli FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gavino Quico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mauro Domiku breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 17th minute Natalio Naelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Domiku saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Quico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mauro Domiku read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. In the 20th match minute, Barrialito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Musko to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute of the match Karol Przebendowski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mauro Domiku showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Barrialito's goal looked a bit too open when Gavino Quico came free, but Mauro Domiku reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Barrialito's Mauro Domiku played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Naelio in the 27th minute of play. In the 35th minute, Ermegildo Paulin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Gavino Quico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute Ulises Cordero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Domiku saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Barrialito were furious when Duda Teles was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Barrialito:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gerli FC:s goal. After some careless play in the Barrialito defense, Ulises Cordero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Domiku. The Barrialito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Domiku should have stopped the shot. The Barrialito players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Gerli FC were winning 0-3.

The wind increased when Fermin Pacho made the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the match, Barrialito's goalkeeper Mauro Domiku had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Naelio. Barrialito's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gavino Quico 57 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. Enzo Musko's late challenge caught a Gerli FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Musko helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Barrialito getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Enzo Musko hit a great ball. With a little luck, Barrialito's Mauro Domiku got control of the ball when Karol Przebendowski tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Barrialito's zone, Natalio Naelio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mauro Domiku came out of the goal and Natalio Naelio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gerli FC's Alfredo Sustrai was substituted for Karol Przebendowski. Gavino Quico received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mauro Domiku came out and tried to block the shot, but Gavino Quico slotted it home off the left post making it 0-5 in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Pierres in the 79th minute of play forced Barrialito's goalkeeper Mauro Domiku to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natalio Naelio got free with Mauro Domiku in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mauro Domiku showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Pierres in the 96th minute of the match. Gerli FC played a much better game than Barrialito and deserved their victory. The Barrialito players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
