Aji Utina might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filiberto Llope. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aji Utina ran back to his position shaking his head. Aji Utina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Filiberto Llope made a huge save. In the 31st minute, Gonzalo Lauaxeta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filiberto Llope was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 34th match minute, El Ciclón Manda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saverio Ralondo to maneuver through the defense. El Ciclón Manda's Gavino Rosio got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arsenio Lander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Alon Ceroli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aji Utina to strike the kick off in the second half. If Aji Utina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Aji Utina notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of El Ciclón Manda's Filiberto Llope. Filiberto Llope was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aji Utina in the 63rd minute of play forced El Ciclón Manda's goalkeeper Filiberto Llope to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 66 minutes into the match, El Ciclón Manda's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Gerazan came free, but Filiberto Llope reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aji Utina in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filiberto Llope prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arsenio Lander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alon Ceroli having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Los Silvestres F.C.'s Gonzalo Lauaxeta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Filiberto Llope made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 85 minutes, Aquiles Guerrero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Silvestres F.C. and the El Ciclón Manda players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Romo in the 88th minute of play forced Los Silvestres F.C.'s goalkeeper Alon Ceroli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
