Gabriel Matai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Janusz Indyk, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Janusz Indyk kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gabriel Matai. That made the score 2-1 in the 25 minute of play. After 34 minutes, Domingos Teofilio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ferrocarril Oeste and the El Pode FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Domingos Teofilio hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Gabriel Matai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Quin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Janusz Indyk in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gabriel Matai saved El Pode FC from getting behind. Gabriel Matai made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Janusz Indyk sent off a good shot on target. If Rigoberto Mantzio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 47 minutes into the game, Janusz Indyk lined in a short shot 4-1 behind a frustrated Gabriel Matai. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Janusz Indyk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ferrocarril Oeste made a substitution. Tiago Gabriel Gerber replaced Lucas Quin. After 54 played minutes El Pode FC got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Roldanillo. When the match clock showed 57 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Janusz Indyk sped through El Pode FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gabriel Matai. In the 63rd match minute, El Pode FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gavino Roldanillo to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Mantzio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Gabriel Matai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rigoberto Mantzio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Matai having to interfere. After having played for 74 minutes, Tiago Gabriel Gerber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferrocarril Oeste's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiago Gabriel Gerber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Janusz Indyk put it in 6-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gabriel Matai. 84 minutes into the match, Rigoberto Mantzio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gabriel Matai. El Pode FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rigoberto Mantzio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. A collision led to El Pode FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. 江昂坚 hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Janusz Indyk in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gabriel Matai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 96th minute Janusz Indyk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
