With a little luck, Cuervo's Kjell-Arne Falkrans got control of the ball when Clemente Azubeli tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 7th minute, Clemente Azubeli left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kvist fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 11th minute, Kvist's Georg Kott ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kjell-Arne Falkrans. Kjell-Arne Falkrans yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Agustin Karmel charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agustin Karmel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 14 played minutes Cuervo got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Umbruso. When Clemente Azubeli came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Kvist fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Azubeli couldn't finish the play. Agustin Karmel received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kjell-Arne Falkrans came out and tried to block the shot, but Agustin Karmel slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 22nd minute. After having played for 24 minutes, Georg Kott managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kvist's supporters crossed their fingers, but Georg Kott was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Georg Kott struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Kjell-Arne Falkrans didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kvist. During the 28th minute of the match Agustin Karmel completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Agustin Karmel a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Kvist getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Agustin Karmel hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the game, Fidel Lauaxeta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Bonifacio Dorio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th minute, Georg Kott fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 37th minute, Clemente Azubeli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 played minutes Kvist got a freekick which was hit by Gregorio Naike. Dalmacio Vincente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Bonifacio Dorio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dalmacio Vincente to strike the kick off in the second half. Dalmacio Vincente kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Cuervo's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Kott came free, but Kjell-Arne Falkrans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Georg Kott blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kjell-Arne Falkrans having to make a save. Fidel Lauaxeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cuervo's Fidel Lauaxeta got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Dalmacio Vincente came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Cuervo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dalmacio Vincente couldn't finish the play. Fidel Lauaxeta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bonifacio Dorio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Vincente in the 74th minute of play. 75 minutes into the match, Kvist's goal looked a bit too open when Dalmacio Vincente came free, but Bonifacio Dorio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Dalmacio Vincente made a precise shot to the right of Bonifacio Dorio. Kvist's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. After 81 minutes, Freddy Claris mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cuervo and the Kvist players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 81 played minutes Cuervo got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Claris. After a defensive mix-up in Cuervo's zone, Clemente Azubeli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell-Arne Falkrans came out of the goal and Clemente Azubeli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Fidel Lauaxeta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cuervo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidel Lauaxeta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cuervo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kvist.
