After a defensive mix-up in Racing Club's zone, Cesar Tebaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romeo Abreu came out of the goal and Cesar Tebaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 15 minutes into the match, Romuald Seurin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Romeo Abreu. Racing Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romuald Seurin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Cesar Tebaldo scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Romeo Abreu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Romeo Abreu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaston Tabor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 程风风 made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Delmiro Pereyra sent off a good shot on target. With a left leg Romeo Abreu saved Racing Club from getting behind. 87 minutes into the game, Delmiro Pereyra was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Racing Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RIVER SAN FCO the free kick. RIVER SAN FCO were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
