Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Quentin Hyde started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Everardo Eutor came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Los Funebreros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Everardo Eutor couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Naranja AFC's zone, Julian Licerio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Chus came out of the goal and Julian Licerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 14th match minute, Los Funebreros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Alvarez to maneuver through the defense. Kevin Giæver made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Ovidio Cordarrell sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Alejandro Micael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 20th minute, Quentin Hyde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 0-1 became the score in the 22nd minute when Julian Licerio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 26 minutes into the match, Ovidio Cordarrell notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Los Funebreros's Kevin Giæver. Kevin Giæver was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Silvestre Chus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Dimo, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Naranja AFC's Silvestre Chus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quentin Hyde in the 53rd minute of play. Quentin Hyde sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st match minute, Naranja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Pabla to maneuver through the defense. The referee ignored Naranja AFC's protests and gave Haroldo Sindo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, one of Naranja AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Naranja AFC. Los Funebreros's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
