Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gaudencio Ostadar started the match with the kick off. When Claudio Mosen fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Esperanza FC's protests and gave Claudio Mosen a yellow card for diving instead. Gerardo Hitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Abarca in the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Abarca in the 10th minute of play forced Esperanza FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Hitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvestre Chus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaudencio Ostadar in the 11th minute of the match. Ernesto Kaxen's late challenge caught a Naranja AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ernesto Kaxen helped the player get up and apologised. Ernesto Kaxen kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Gerardo Hitz came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Naranja AFC's Ovidio Cordarrell. But to his dismay, Ovidio Cordarrell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gerardo Hitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ovidio Cordarrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sergio Abarca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Hitz having to interfere. If Alberto Virila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Esperanza FC's Ernesto Kaxen got a free kick in the 29th minute. 36 minutes into the match, Claudio Mosen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Chus. Naranja AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Claudio Mosen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Sergio Abarca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Gerardo Hitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergio Abarca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Hitz having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Abarca stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ramon Abilio hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. If Sergio Abarca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th match minute, Naranja AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benedicto Locaio to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Sergio Abarca reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gerardo Hitz. The goal made the score 2-2. When Naranja AFC's Sergio Abarca in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Esperanza FC's goalie prevented a goal. Alberto Virila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ovidio Cordarrell sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Esperanza FC defense, Ovidio Cordarrell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Hitz. The Esperanza FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Hitz should have stopped the shot. If Ovidio Cordarrell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gerardo Hitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sergio Abarca in the 88th minute of the match. Gaudencio Ostadar struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Silvestre Chus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Esperanza FC. Carmelo Endira charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carmelo Endira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Sergio Abarca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Gerardo Hitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Esperanza FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Naranja AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Naranja AFC.
