Eddie Irvine took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Vinicio Palban. Krabbé's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vinicio Palban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Irvine in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Candido Balasi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vinicio Palban. Krabbé's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Candido Balasi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 17th minute, David Aliuta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Candido Balasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Krabbé getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Genaro Guter hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Milo FC defense, Rico Limon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hernan Birila. The Milo FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hernan Birila should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eddie Irvine in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vinicio Palban saved Krabbé from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Camilo Hermon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Aliuta in the 42nd minute of play forced Milo FC's goalkeeper Hernan Birila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Milo FC's goal looked a bit too open when David Aliuta came free, but Hernan Birila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Hernan Birila was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Rico Limon capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rico Limon really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. After 57 played minutes Krabbé got a freekick which was hit by Ermegildo Gaztea. 59 minutes into the match, Milo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rico Limon came free, but Hernan Birila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Candido Balasi came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Milo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Candido Balasi couldn't finish the play. In the 67th match minute, Krabbé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silverio Ruisko to maneuver through the defense. If Candido Balasi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Barto hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Virgilio Rosalio hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. David Aliuta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Hernan Birila made a huge save. 75 minutes into the game, Milo FC's Whitney Richards nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vinicio Palban made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After 79 played minutes Milo FC got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Hermon. Vinicio Palban showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Balasi, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Eddie Irvine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vinicio Palban having to interfere. In the 88thth minute of the game Rico Limon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Milo FC's Hernan Birila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Hernan Birila was out of position in the 89 minute of play, and David Aliuta capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. David Aliuta really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. A collision led to Krabbé getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Ermegildo Gaztea hit a great ball. Vinicio Palban took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Candido Balasi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
