The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorio Galtero got free with Carlos Jax in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Primitivo Macario kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Raimundo Lucila fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Jax having to interfere. In the 45th minute, Paolo Gonchan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Agustin Teyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Carlos Jax tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Paulo Isauro made the kick off in the second half. In the 63rd match minute, Bermejo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Blasco to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th minute, Raimundo Lucila made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Jax. Bermejo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. It was a well-played corner which Justino Ubelteso managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand.
