Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a rather tough play, Capdevila's Nicolas Jaume got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 22ndth minute of the game Francisco Peli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Capdevila's Aquilino Quintyn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enzo Marin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Jaume in the 25th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlos Gerazan got free with Enzo Marin in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zacarias Juvenal hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Diki Schoenmakers got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Peli in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Quintyn saved Capdevila from getting behind. The Independiente fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when Independiente's Francisco Peli looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Carlos Gerazan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Enzo Marin made a huge save. Carlos Gerazan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 40 played minutes Independiente got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Havier. Independiente's Enzo Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Jaume in the 41st minute of play. Aquilino Quintyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Peli, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nicolas Jaume to make the kick off. A hard shot 57 in the game by Diki Schoenmakers from a close distance when the talented Aquilino Quintyn managed to make a qualified save. Capdevila's players were relieved. Capdevila's Carlos Gerazan got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Francisco Peli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Capdevila's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Francisco Peli 61 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-4. When Independiente's Francisco Peli in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Capdevila's goalie prevented a goal. When Rafael Timo fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Capdevila's protests and gave Rafael Timo a yellow card for diving instead. Capdevila's Aquilino Quintyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Peli in the 72nd minute of play. Teobaldo Oinaz's late challenge caught a Independiente's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teobaldo Oinaz helped the player get up and apologised. After 73 played minutes Capdevila got a freekick which was hit by Teobaldo Oinaz. In the 75th minute, Francisco Peli fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Aquilino Quintyn, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, Capdevila's Arnoldo Venerando got a free kick in the 76th minute. Aquilino Quintyn made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zacarias Juvenal in the 77th minute. In the 80th minute of the match Arnoldo Venerando shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Enzo Marin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Capdevila's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Peli came free, but Aquilino Quintyn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Francisco Peli in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aquilino Quintyn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aquilino Quintyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Peli, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Enzo Marin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Timo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Independiente's Enzo Marin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Gerazan in the 93rd minute of play. Independiente's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
