Maximino Benvide kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. When Jaime Harri fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's protests and gave Jaime Harri a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of San Lorenzo Charcas booed when Caiga Quien Caiga F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Harri didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's goalkeeper Eddy Gâteau had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ramon Raymundo. In the 21st minute, Romulo Hartz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caiga Quien Caiga F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Jaime Martinez kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. 25 minutes into the game, Ruperto Escobar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Lucas Moura was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eddy Gâteau made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Frasquito in the 28th minute of play. Lucas Moura showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romulo Hartz, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Eddy Gâteau came out and tried to block the shot, but Ramon Raymundo slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 40th minute. In the 43rd minute of the match, Constantino Barros tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eddy Gâteau saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Ramon Raymundo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 47 played minutes, Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's Feliciano Arotza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lucas Moura came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Caiga Quien Caiga F.C reached it. After the first half Caiga Quien Caiga F.C were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Maximino Benvide's late challenge caught a San Lorenzo Charcas's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romulo Hartz in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lucas Moura prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st match minute, San Lorenzo Charcas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruperto Nicholas to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute, Romulo Hartz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Ramon Raymundo notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's Eddy Gâteau. Eddy Gâteau was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Romulo Hartz came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Caiga Quien Caiga F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romulo Hartz couldn't finish the play. Romulo Hartz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Escobar got free with Lucas Moura in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lucas Moura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romulo Hartz in the 92nd minute of play. With an all-out effort, Caiga Quien Caiga F.C's Lucas Moura threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Romulo Hartz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 95 minutes of play, San Lorenzo Charcas's Constantino Barros made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eddy Gâteau was left in no man's land by his defense there! The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. San Lorenzo Charcas had won after a very even match.
