Braulio Loco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Mincho in the 8th minute of play. Braulio Loco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Johans, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Braulio Loco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Steven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Internazionale de Milano's Braulio Loco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Eskuin in the 23rd minute of play. Domingos Cerilo hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27thth minute of the game Osvaldo Johans who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Internazionale de Milano's Braulio Loco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 29 minutes into the match, Internazionale de Milano's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Cordarrell came free, but Braulio Loco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Benito Steven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Atl. San Cristóbal booed when Internazionale de Milano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Salvator didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Atl. San Cristóbal's Benito Steven in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Internazionale de Milano's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Atl. San Cristóbal's Tadeo Eguerdi got control of the ball when Eusebio Etxatxu tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th match minute, Internazionale de Milano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Mano to maneuver through the defense. In the 39th minute of the match Eustaquio Sidoro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Braulio Loco showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 41 minutes into the game, Benito Steven cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Braulio Loco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Braulio Loco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erasmo Cordarrell in the 45th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusebio Etxatxu made a kick off. In the 55th match minute, Internazionale de Milano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Mano to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Atl. San Cristóbal's Benito Steven dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atl. San Cristóbal's goalkeeper Tadeo Eguerdi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Osvaldo Johans's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Braulio Loco firmly grabbed it by the left post. 66 minutes into the game, Benito Steven recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Braulio Loco. Benito Steven showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Braulio Loco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Steven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute of the match, Osvaldo Johans got a very nice opportunity to score, but Braulio Loco was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After a rather tough play, Internazionale de Milano's Hermengildo Estebe got a free kick in the 76th minute. After 89 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Internazionale de Milano! In the 90th minute, Atl. San Cristóbal got a penalty, and Armando Mincho placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. Eusebio Etxatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Eguerdi having to interfere. The Atl. San Cristóbal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Atl. San Cristóbal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
