San Cristóbal's zone, Braulio Pes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeo Eguerdi came out of the goal and Braulio Pes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eleuterio Etxatxu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Eguerdi having to interfere. A collision led to Moreno getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Benigno Remigio hit a great ball. Osvaldo Johans scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bernabe Kinsen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Eleuterio Etxatxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Tadeo Eguerdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Atl. San Cristóbal's Tadeo Eguerdi got control of the ball when Braulio Pes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernabe Kinsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Johans in the 34th minute of play. With a little luck, Atl. San Cristóbal's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Braulio Pes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Eleuterio Etxatxu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 45thth minute tested the skills of Tadeo Eguerdi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Braulio Pes was the one to do the kick off. Eleuterio Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Eleuterio Etxatxu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tadeo Eguerdi was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. The Moreno fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Moreno's Eleuterio Etxatxu looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tadeo Eguerdi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Braulio Pes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eleuterio Etxatxu came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Moreno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eleuterio Etxatxu couldn't finish the play. Eleuterio Etxatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guido Argina struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Tadeo Eguerdi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moreno. Albano Euloxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Tadeo Eguerdi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute Braulio Pes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeo Eguerdi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Eskuin charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Daniel Eskuin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st match minute, Atl. San Cristóbal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniel Eskuin to maneuver through the defense. Tadeo Eguerdi came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Moreno's Braulio Pes. But to his dismay, Braulio Pes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Moreno fully deserved thier win.
