A collision led to OnceRatas getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Jorge Hug hit a great ball. Serafin Eskuin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in OnceRatas's zone, Jeronimo Bikendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Bergman came out of the goal and Jeronimo Bikendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. LaHoraJuez FC's Cosme Dolfo got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in OnceRatas's zone, Jeronimo Bikendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Bergman came out of the goal and Jeronimo Bikendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the LaHoraJuez FC defense, Jorge Hug kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sixto Sayvion. The LaHoraJuez FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sixto Sayvion should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in OnceRatas's zone, Cosme Dolfo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Bergman came out of the goal and Cosme Dolfo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sixto Sayvion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Hug in the 28th minute of the match. Fabian Bergman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Severiano Gonsalvo in the 29th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeronimo Bikendi got free with Fabian Bergman in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Serafin Eskuin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Bergman didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeronimo Bikendi went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 47 minutes into the match, OnceRatas's goalkeeper Fabian Bergman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jeronimo Bikendi. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
