Baskın Alpman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for TIEMPOS NUEVOS! The goalkeeper, Humphry Hanlen, was totally fooled by Mapis AFC's Juan Umea, who 30 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Amador Primeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute Saturnino Inko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Osoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Saturnino Inko made the kick off in the second half. TIEMPOS NUEVOS's Humphry Hanlen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Ferrando in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amador Primeiro in the 73rd minute of play forced TIEMPOS NUEVOS's goalkeeper Humphry Hanlen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Humphry Hanlen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Primeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 81st minute, Amador Primeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humphry Hanlen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Humphry Hanlen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Primeiro in the 85th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alejo Salbatore in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Humphry Hanlen saved TIEMPOS NUEVOS from getting behind. Silverio Osoro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paulino Sayveon went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Eloy Bonifaco hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Paulino Sayveon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Alberto Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. TIEMPOS NUEVOS's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silverio Osoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the TIEMPOS NUEVOS players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mapis AFC.
