After 14 played minutes Rompecanillas FC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Espiridion. When Abelardo Leoiar came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Aimogasta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Leoiar couldn't finish the play. In the 24th match minute, Aimogasta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Florinio to maneuver through the defense. Aimogasta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Ignacio Olando scored to the left of an out of position Ovidio Firmin, making the score, 2-0. Saturnino Errolan struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Freddy Sergi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aimogasta. 30 minutes into the match, Rompecanillas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Florinio came free, but Freddy Sergi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelardo Leoiar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Freddy Sergi. 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Saturnino Errolan was the one to do the kick off. Enrique Hodei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Firmin having to interfere. Enrique Hodei received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ovidio Firmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rompecanillas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Laurentzi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Rompecanillas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Saturnino Errolan came free, but Freddy Sergi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Aimogasta's Adolfo Florinio got a free kick in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Rompecanillas FC's German Laurentzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ovidio Firmin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. German Laurentzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. After a rather tough play, Rompecanillas FC's Emanuel Espiridion got a free kick in the 97th minute. When the referee ended the match the Rompecanillas FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
