Ovidio Firmin was out of position in the 4 minute of play, and Gerardo Beltza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gerardo Beltza really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Bruno Louis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Firmin having to interfere. The throw-in from Benito Jerico in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ledesma FC's Antonio Rik. Ovidio Firmin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Dalmau in the 15th minute of the match. Cesar Donostia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Florinio, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Cesar Donostia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adolfo Florinio in the 23rd minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Aimogasta's Fermin Cheche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cesar Donostia made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Gualterio Luar helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ledesma FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Gualterio Luar hit a great ball. Cesar Donostia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcial Haitz in the 39th minute of play. Nicasio Txerran kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Saturnino Errolan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cesar Donostia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcial Haitz in the 46th minute of the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adolfo Florinio to make the kick off. Froilan Dalmau received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Ovidio Firmin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute Fermin Cheche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Donostia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Haitz got free with Cesar Donostia in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee felt a red card was in order, 62 minutes into the game, when Apolo Birila put in a rough tackle. After 63 played minutes Ledesma FC got a freekick which was hit by Apolo Birila. When Abelardo Leoiar came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Aimogasta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Leoiar couldn't finish the play. Antonio Rik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ovidio Firmin having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Fermin Cheche kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cesar Donostia. That made the score 1-2 in the 70 minute of play. Cesar Donostia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fermin Cheche in the 75th minute of play. In the 79th minute Adolfo Florinio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Donostia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcial Haitz took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesar Donostia. Cesar Donostia dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aimogasta's goalkeeper Ovidio Firmin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aimogasta's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
