Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. After taking down the ball on Lacentral F C's corner Benedicto Aires fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Abelardo Cilio quite easily take care of the ball. Abelardo Cilio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Bastian, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Pastor Olivar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AmericanAirlines FC's Abelardo Cilio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save AmericanAirlines FC from getting a goal against them. 21 minutes into the match, Guillermo Frichoso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abelardo Cilio. AmericanAirlines FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Guillermo Frichoso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guillermo Frichoso got free with Abelardo Cilio in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the game, Ismael Oro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Abelardo Cilio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ismael Oro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Federico Bastian kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Abelardo Cilio. That made the score 3-0 in the 37 minute of play. Pastor Olivar hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, AmericanAirlines FC's Gogo Blai got a free kick in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ismael Oro to make the kick off. Abelardo Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Oro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. But to his dismay, Guillermo Frichoso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 69th minute, one of AmericanAirlines FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AmericanAirlines FC. In the 76th minute Ismael Oro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Cilio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abelardo Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Bastian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ismael Oro took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abelardo Cilio. Abelardo Cilio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Bastian in the 84th minute of play forced AmericanAirlines FC's goalkeeper Abelardo Cilio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abelardo Cilio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Bastian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The AmericanAirlines FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abelardo Cilio should have stopped the shot. After 97 minutes of play, Lacentral F C's Guillermo Frichoso made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abelardo Cilio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Lacentral F C's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
