Springfield F.C.'s Gaspar Millano got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bonifacio Raymond could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Paolo Enol made a huge save. When Bonifacio Raymond fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Springfield F.C.'s protests and gave Bonifacio Raymond a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Springfield F.C.'s Bonifacio Raymond got a free kick in the 39th minute. 43 minutes into the game, Carremania's Denis Llanos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Felipe Rameriz was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 58 minutes, Bonifacio Raymond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Springfield F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bonifacio Raymond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Springfield F.C.'s goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Denis Llanos fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Paolo Enol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Raymond in the 65th minute of the match. Carremania's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bonifacio Raymond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The Carremania supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Carremania would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
