Haroldo Piorno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Felipe Rameriz sped through El Dique Futbol Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Haroldo Piorno. After a defensive mix-up in El Dique Futbol Club's zone, Denis Llanos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carremania walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
