Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maximo Lico started the match with the kick off. Jeronimo Vela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Maximo Lico in the 6th minute. After having played for 8 minutes, Maximo Lico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dresden FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Maximo Lico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The nice shot from Maximo Lico in the 15thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Jeronimo Vela had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 20 minutes into the match, Basail F.C.'s Donato Rencio sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adan Maxin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, Leandro Bortzaioriz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jeronimo Vela, 1-0. With a little luck, Basail F.C.'s Jeronimo Vela got control of the ball when Maximo Lico tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dresden FC's Maximo Lico got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Teofilo Galo hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Thomas Shelby stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Basail F.C.'s Jeronimo Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Lico in the 51st minute of play. Jeronimo Vela took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximo Lico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Basail F.C. getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Thomas Shelby hit a great ball. Felipe Hodei's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jeronimo Vela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. Jeronimo Vela was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the match, Basail F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Lico came free, but Jeronimo Vela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeronimo Vela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximo Lico in the 79th minute of play. Felipe Hodei might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeronimo Vela. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felipe Hodei ran back to his position shaking his head. If Leandro Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximo Lico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximo Lico took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeronimo Vela. Jeronimo Vela dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Jeronimo Vela didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximo Lico went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Dresden FC had played much better football throughout.
