Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximo Lico in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amado Ascencio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Amado Ascencio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Hodei went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Adan Maxin made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when German Hitz sent off a good shot on target. After 13 played minutes Dresden FC got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Hodei. If German Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. German Hitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Adan Maxin made a huge save. In the 22nd minute, Anor londo's Salvador Hunfredo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. After 31 played minutes Anor londo got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Lluis. Maximo Lico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 35th minute, Nicolas Isauro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Anor londo's goal looked a bit too open when Leandro Bortzaioriz came free, but Amado Ascencio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After a defensive mix-up in Anor londo's zone, Maximo Lico stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amado Ascencio came out of the goal and Maximo Lico tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximo Lico took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amado Ascencio. Amado Ascencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. With a little luck, Anor londo's Amado Ascencio got control of the ball when Maximo Lico tried to sneak it across the goal line. Salvador Hunfredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Maxin having to interfere. German Hitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Salvador Hunfredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Adan Maxin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Maximo Lico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 77th minute, Horacio Weterio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felipe Hodei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Anor londo booed when Dresden FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Lico didn't get a good kick on the ball. If German Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. Dresden FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Hodei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fidel Jurdan hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Dresden FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
