Evelio Gartzen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Patricio Rius having to interfere. Alejandro Endura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejandro Endura stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Calderilla's Iker Eron got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santos Fertus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Literarios Borgeanos FC booed when Calderilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejandro Endura in the 75thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jano Prestes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Calderilla made a substitution. Amadeo Sotil replaced Adolfo Errolan. 93 minutes into the match, Calderilla's goalkeeper Jano Prestes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alejandro Endura. The Calderilla manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Literarios Borgeanos FC to win.
