In the 40th minute Humberto Cristofol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Bernebe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesus Stanislao scored 1-3 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Celedonio Bernebe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ladislao Serapio was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Fond de Cave's Ladislao Serapio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celedonio Bernebe. That made the score 2-5 after 85 minutes of play. Celedonio Bernebe was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Romeo Bartuelo. 2-6 became the score in the 91st minute when Moises Viviano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Moises Viviano in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Celedonio Bernebe, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ignacio Estavan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Amaya in the 96th minute of play.
